KFC Monivong Blvd branch at the ground floor of Asia hotel. It is owned by KFC Malaysia hence it has Halal certification. A snack plate consisting of 2 pieces of chicken, rice and a few slices of cucumber and tomato costs USD2.80 a meal. I had the same meal 6 times in 4 days!
